Yoga

Breathe, extend
Let your shoulders surrender toward your hips
Feel your back muscles ripple down your back like a curtain falling
From your center extend in all directions
Lift yourself from the root charka
Be an inch taller

Breathe extend
Claim all the space of your body, and more
Reach out from your spine to the tips of your fingers
From your pelvis ground your feet firmly into the floor
Let your awareness fill each cell
Be your full, beautiful self
